Healthy Chocolate Pudding
Satisfy your chocolate craving with this delicious and super simple pudding! All you need is a few ingredients and a few minutes.
This recipe makes enough for 3-4 servings
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 1/2 ripe small avocados
- 1 T brown rice syrup
- 1/4 C almond milk
- 6 T cocoa powder (unsweetened)
- 1t cinnamon
- 1t salt
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixture is smooth, about 30-45 seconds. You may have to pause and scoop down the sides with a spatula and blend for another 30-45 seconds. Once everything is blended well into a pudding consistency, remove the mixture with a spatula and scoop into small bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight. Enjoy chilled with your favorite toppings! My favorite combination is fresh berries, coconut flakes and chopped pistachios.
