No Bake Hemp Bites

These hemp bites make a great make-ahead snack, breakfast on-the-go or a post-workout treat! They also travel well if you're packing up for a long weekend or a day of adventuring outdoors. Packed with good protein sources (peanut butter, almond flour and Sun Warrior protein) and heart-healthy hemp seeds, these no-bake bites are super nutriritous and satisfying.

Makes 12-14 bites


  • 1.5 C almond meal

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1/2 C unsalted peanut butter

  • 1 T brown rice syrup

  • 1 ripe banana, mashed

  • 1t unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1t almond extract

  • 1t sea salt

  • Hemp seeds for rolling (apx. 6T total)


In a medium glass bowl, melt the peanut butter in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add in remaining ingredients, mashing in the banana. Gently mix everything together with a spatula or your hands. Creating bite sized portions, roll the mixture into balls and coat with the hemp seeds. Transfer to a clean plate and refrigerate to keep them fresher, longer!
